The finish on these are more like a darkish chrome, definitely not the Black Pearl Finish and not the Standard chrome finish, as you can see in the pictures it's really nice.I contacted Cleveland directly and the representative I spoke too wasn't entirely sure of their origin, but suggested they could have been made for a Tour Pro using the CG Red Iron but wanted to an Iron to reflect the Newer CG7 Line. I also spoke to a person in the golf business who suggested because the unusual finish they might have been a Japanese prototype.Whatever they are, they are a beautiful set of Cleveland Irons that fit nicely in the forgiving Players Cavity category. They are in very nice condition, just a little cosmetic wear, a quality build with great shafts and amazing grips.If you happen to have more information about these please contact me.Thanks.l
