They are fitted with regular KBS 90 shafts I bought these brand new at a Taylormade demo day I was fitted for them and they are 2 degrees upright which is a standard fit for most people between 5ft 9 and 6ft i was playing off 15 when i got them 4 years ago and now i am off 9 and have just bought a new set so these have to go as i may otherwise go back to them!
the grips have never been replaced they are as custom made by taylormade new grips maybe required due to age but i would carry on using them for a year or 2 yet if i was to keep them
