This is the cleanest 1968 Ping Anser Dalehead (flat sole model) you'll ever see. It has been stowed away in our vault for the past 20 years or so. It even had car wax applied to the shaft before being stowed to protect it from any deterioration. The head looks very close to unused. Just take a look at the sole and the top of the putter. It obviously has not spent much time in a golf bag. 36" total length with a period-correct replaced Golf Pride Ping Man grip. No oxidation or corrosion of any kind here. These have wonderful weight to them (heavier than more recent models of the Anser), and fantastic feel at impact. Obviously the most copied design in putter history!This is a very rare example of a putter which has won many PGA Tour events over the years. As such, bidding will open at $174.99. Insured shipping within the lower 48 States will be $14.
