This means it will not chip or crack on a golf course. Just like black factory made wedges the coating will wear after a curtain amount of use. Does the coating affect the performance of the club?Due to the coating being extremely thin, the coat should not effect the clubs performance. How do I keep my wedge looking like new? Just like custom coloured putters we recommend to alway use a head cover to avoid your clubs from knocking together in your golf bag. While our custom coatings handle great on the course, we highly recommend not playing of golf mats.
