Tour Issue Nike Method Origin B1-01 Topline Made for Thorbjorn Olesen Putter Specification Length 34 Loft 2.75 Lie 71 Headweight 353g The Method Origin is a stunning putter. Used by many of the top Nike pros following its introduction in late 2015 including Tiger Woods, Rory Mcllroy, Paul Casey, Francesco Molinari and Thorbjorn Olesen. The Olesen spec differs dramatically from what was made commercially available following Nikes launch of the product. He chose the topline version with the simple dot rather than the sight line (The only other staff player using the Topline dot being Tiger Woods). The putter also has the True Temper stepped shaft preferred by Thorbjorn rather than the taper shaft fitted to all commercially available Nike Method Origin putters. Headweight is 8 grams heavier at 353 grams as opposed to the stock 345g. The putter neck is engraved with the Nike serial number specific to Thorbjorn Olesen (TO.0819.03.16) and the putter comes fitted with a Golf Pride Tour Tradition pistol grip as specified by Thorbjorn. The other putter in the photos is my current Gamer a standard B1-01 Method Origin and are for comparison purposes only.
