There came a time in my life when it dawned on me that I used to be a low / middle handicap, and my index has been rising fairly consistently. It could be I'm 60+ and it is silly to think that I can still score playing forged clubs with stiff shafts. I've come to the conclusion that playing tour level clubs has become somewhat an ego thing for me, but frankly I'd rather win a Nassau every now and again. That's the only reason these wonderful irons got pulled out of my bag. I will miss the pure feel of striking the ball on the sweet spot, but hey, a $5 Nassau is a $5 Nassau, right?Up for your consideration are a nice set of TaylorMade Tour Preferred MC / MB irons. Standard length, loft and lie. 3 iron through 6 iron are MCs and the 7 iron through PW are MBs. They have been played quite a bit but I would rate them as a VG+. A few minor sole scrapes (no major gouges), some bag chatter. Face condition on all irons don't indicate much wear, there's no dime size wear spot indicating each ball was struck perfectly over and over and over. I wish.Grips are midsize Winn Master Wraps with little wear. Shafts are S300 with no pitting or bag wear. Some of the labels are a little tattered.Comparing prices on eBay for the same irons in similar condition I've priced these very fairly for the BIN feature. Shipping is to 48 contiguous states only.
