Shafts are Ping CFS regular flex steel with Cushin inserts. The heads are all red dot and all have matching series numbers. The grips are golf pride "Z Grip" standard size. If you purchase and would perfer jumbo Winn Dry Tac Wrap grips I can put them on before shipping however they wouldn't be new grips. They would be used but in really good condition. ( I installed them on my last set using an air compressor and no solvent so that they could be removed and reused) If you have any other questions just shoot me a message.
