This is a very rare offering, you will not find another one on eBay.
Bettinardi Rock n Roll putter
It has Bettinardi headcover. The research Ive done on this has lead me to the following; This was concepted originally by Rocco Mediate in a meeting he had with Robert Bettinardi with the original drawings put on a napkin.
Robert went away and made 4 prototypes for Rocco to try ( 3 normal length and 1 long). He was to use it at the US Masters and played the practice rounds when the putter was banned by the USPGA due to having 4 sides flat, so apparently 2 of the prototype putters that Rocco liked were taken by Robert Bettinardi and had slots milled in the toe and heel which eventually made the putter cleared for use, the night before the tournament started.
I do not know if this was then actually used by Rocco in the Masters.
So it is quite unique and very rare. I was unable to find the reason for the name Rock n Roll... ( maybe Rock for Rocco & Roll because you roll your putts??) It is a rectangular piece of Aluminium with the typical Bettinardi honeycomb face which gives it a soft but solid feel.
