This is a used 15 Degree Tour Issue 3 wood. The shaft wasn't originally in this head. Rogue Stiff. There is a scratch on the crown which was caused by an alignment stick getting inside the head cover. I have tried my best to show it in the pictures but it really doesn't show up when you address the ball.
