CALLAWAY DIABLO FORGED IRONS 5-9 + PW AW SW (8 CLUBS) REGULAR GRAPHITE SHAFTS A matched set of eight (5,6,7,8,9,PW,AW,SW) Callaway (Big Bertha) Diablo forged irons with their original Diablo regular flex graphite shafts. These are the European version of the Diablo forged irons with slightly different head and shaft graphics (see Callaway write-up at end of this listing). The irons are in very good condition and, being forged, give you a good deal of feel and feedback from the strike. You will be hard pressed to find a set of Diablo irons on ebay and/or the likes of golfbidder which not only have an AW included but also have graphite shafts – most Diablo sets on sale have steel shafts. At the end of this listing, I have included a section on ‘What Callaway Says’ about these clubs together with the 5-SW Diablo graphite shaft product specification. PHOTOS The photos in this listing were taken on 20th March 2017 and are of the actual clubs for sale. HEADS The clubs are a standard loft and lie as per the specification below. I have looked after the heads, including using a cutting tool to keep the grooves clean and sharp. In addition, because they are forged clubs, I have used zipped headcovers to protect them as best I can from ‘head clatter’ when in the bag. While I am not selling my own headcovers in the deal – they are already on my new irons – it is worth investing in a set, especially if you carry. In the meantime, the clubs will be sent to you with simple head coverings that you can re-use when you transport the clubs. SHAFTS The shafts are a standard length matching the product spec below. They are the original Callaway Big Bertha Diablo graphite shafts marked: 75i > Mid/Low Torque > Mid Kick > Regular R Flex GRIPS The grips are Sharpro Midsize Dual Compound Half Corded. The upper-half corded rubber gives a solid left-hand grip in all weathers. The lower-half non-corded rubber gives a softer right-hand feel.
