TESTERS SAY: Good-looking, traditional sticks that give you what you put into them.PROSPLAYABILITY: Provides a lower ball flight than most and shapes shots well; sharp leading edge cuts through turf and rough with relative ease.ACCURACY/FORGIVENESS: Short irons create plenty of backspin and stopping power and are dead on accurate; moderate directional correction on less than perfect strikes.DISTANCE CONTROL: Easy to dial in shorter approach shots on the number; middle irons fly predictable distances.FEEL: Easy to tell where the clubheadis throughout the swing; plenty of feedback tells you if you’ve struck a solid shot.LOOK: Just what better players want to see at address—hard to argue with classic chrome and minimal offset.CONSIf you’re looking for forgiveness, look elsewhere; long irons can be very difficult to hit; clubs don’t feel as soft as some testers would prefer.
