Description
Up for auction here is a 52* Earliest Prototype Bettinardi Milled wedge available! These were milled 17 years ago before the 1st run of 52, 56, 60 degree milled wedges were introduced in the 2002. This wedge has been barely used, i would say not used in the last 16+yrs but only when it was first bought. The only hints of wear are on the face (Face of wedge was improperly cleaned, no groove wear at all only cosmetic), the slightest of dings on the leading edge inline with the bottom of the 52 on the sole(wouldn't show up on pics) and the shaftband (slightly frayed), check out the pictures. The milled Golden Bee and Italian flag ferrule (Red, White & Green at the top) were indicative of "Prototype" wedges only. Overall length is 35&1/2" with a Precision Spinner shaft in stiff/x-stiff flex.
