This is an excellent condition besides two of the latches being broken the third latch does work. What I have done when traveling, is just shrink wrapped around the other two latch areas. I'm pretty sure the latches could be replaced by ordering them online. It has two handles, wheels to help carry it. The inside has foam padding which is in great condition. I will ship this with no box. I will of course, put padding on latches and wheels. Please review all pictures carefully for a better idea of condition and specifics.
