The new Tour V.T. Sole, meanwhile, improves turf interaction for more solid contact, and the slightly wider soles utilized in the design of the 565s make them even easier to hit than the other members of the Z family. Additionally, a forged cavity construction provides ample perimeter weighting to keep MOI high. All that said, however, the 565 is a forged iron and while it has a thicker topline the blade shape is still more compact than what’s typically seen in most game-improvement irons. Couple that with a 1020 Carbon Steel forged construction and players can also incredible feel and acoustics at impact. In terms of a stock shaft, the Z 565 comes standard with the Nippon N.S.
