Great starter set for kids. Purchased set new from club pro. Irons were cut down appx. 1/2" to fit my 5'2" 7th grader. Hybrids are normal length. New Lampkin grips on all clubs except on GW. (Moved to Titleist Volkey wedges before replacing GW grip.)2 Hybrid Irons: (3 & 5) 15 and 25 degree loft respectively.Steel Irons: 6 Iron through Gap Wedge
