The shaft will have the I-Mix sleeve installed on the shaft and will come installed in the head and be ready to play, driver will come built to the buyers specs with a new grip installed from my selection, of which I have many from Golf Pride, Lamkin, Winn, Black Widow, Royal and several others, e-mail me and I will reply with what I have in stock. The club does come with a nice generic head cover, but no wrench, which you can get on ebay separately.
