PRINTED RIGHT INTO ONE OF THE PAGES, IN THE FRONT OF THE BOOK. YOU NEVER SEE THIS PUTTER COMING WITH THE ORIGINAL BOOK. THIS BOOK HAS ALOT OF PICTURES AND INFORMATION ABOUT BEN HOGANS CAREER. THIS IS A VERY LIMITED EDITION PUTTER. THE GRIP OF THE PUTTER HAS SOME SMALL NICKS INTO IT, AND YOU CAN SEE THEM ON ONE OF THE PICTURES.
