An ebayer sent me a message confirming that the signatures on the bag are from mid to late 90's European Tour players, i have looked at the championship Loch Lomond World Invitational 1996, when Jean Van de Valde and sandy Lyle both played in the tournament, i guess the signature of the players may have taken at the championship. i have googled(images) autographs of these two individuals and you can see the similarities. i have also looked at the other signatures of the player who have played in the same event, most of the players who have signed this bag were sponsored by Mizuno. I have also googled further championships which played in late 1990's and early 2000's at Loch Lomand GC , i can see signed names have participated in those european tour tournament , please look at the following link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Open_(golf)it will give you a list of the all european tour golf events took place at Loch Lomomd it is a collectors item however i have no certificate of authenticity of the signatures however it has all the ingredients of genuine item, i will sell this item as seen with no warrenties, please make ur own mind.,selling it cheap, any questions please do not hesitate to ask , i can be reached at
