Shafts are Ping CFS stiff. Grips are new, standard size, Dri-Tac's and are super comfortable. 8 irons include 4-9, PW and UW. These clubs have only seen driving range time, never a full round of golf. Great clubs, but not for me...these clubs deserve to be with someone who can golf more frequently than my schedule allows. Get them for less than the price of new ones.
