Titleist 816 h2 hybrid 19 degree, left handed, DIAMANA s70 blue board stiff shaft, comes with head cover, look at the photos there is a slight sky mark on the toe side of the crown. Not noticeable at address but I believe in full disclosure, will not affect playability. Other than that the club looks new and was only played a couple of rounds. Thanks for looking.
