These driving irons are excellent selections off tight lies or the tee box. If you like to hit irons, these offer tremendous feel and control off any fairway or tee box.I started to use a set of these same clubs to control my shots from the tee box. Found that I hit these as a well controlled long iron (da, which is what they are) but because of the mass, I could drive nearly as far as my driver.The set I'm selling is a second set I was assembling for that "pretty" set of country club irons but my game has gone down hill from lack of play. I'll continue to hit the set I have but these clubs need a good home.Individually, these clubs sell new (I know "Who cares, this is eBay") for around $ 180 per club. Selling these as a set for the price of well used clubs. I know, I tried for months to get new or lightly used clubs to assemble my second set. Well worn 712u's go for $ 125.
