This is as close to new as you can get with a $265 new shaft just installed and a No1 50 series grip ($17) with plenty of life left. Driver has hit no more than a couple dozen ProV1's on an indoor range. Shaft was a NEW purchase ($265) and has NO tipping. This is a great low spin mid launch setup, but I have a new GBB EPIC on the way. Includes headcover as pictured but no tool.
