This is a very lightly used 2015 Callaway 460cc Great Big Bertha men's right handed driver. Its standard loft is 9 degrees, but it is also adjustable to 8, 10, and 11 degrees. The club may also be adjusted to a "draw" lie angle. The sliding weight on the back of the club adjusts to several fade or draw positions. These settings have proved very helpful. The swing weight is D3.It has a terrific Mitsubishi Kuro Kage Black TiNi 50 gram graphite senior (A flex) shaft. The shaft has mid-high launch, mid torque and medium spin ratings. Callaway lengthened the club to 47.25 inches for me before shipping it. The club comes with the original Head Cover and adjustment tool.
I have used longer than standard drivers for about ten years and this is the most forgiving of any I have used. I learned long ago I had no trouble hitting the longer drivers further than standard length drivers. And with this shaft I not only got extra length but also better control. As a result, it is really easy to swing aggressively with this driver. The fact that I am able to use the driver set to the 8 degree loft setting is evidence of how easy it has been for me to hit.
I bought the club from Callaway in September this year. I loved the head-shaft combination right away. I am 75 and have been playing with senior shafts for about eight years. But I hit this senior shaft so well and so easily that I thought I might be able to use a Regular flex in the same Kuro Kage Black TiNi 50 gram model. After discussing it with the Callaway representative I bought a second Great Big Bertha driver, the same as this driver in all respects except with the Regular flex shaft. It worked great. I kept this driver for several weeks without using it but finally decided to sell it. Frankly, I decided not to keep it as a back-up driver because I hit the Callaway Great Big Bertha three wood I have adjusted to 14 degrees that I can use it as a back-up driver in an emergency. The three wood is actually a senior shafted Kuro Kage Black TiNi 50 shaft too! It is just a great shaft-head combination for a senior golfer! :)
I have provided shipping options so the buyer will be able to determine how quickly they want to receive the club. If possible I will ship the same day payment is received and in no case longer than one business day after payment clearance. I prefer Pay Pal.I bought the club from Callaway in September this year.
