Cobra LTD head only. This has been my gamer for the second half of the season. Head is in great shape with no dings or scratches. I filled the head with some cotton balls (thanks space port) and this thing sounds and feels awesome. Good thing is you can play around with the cotton to see how much, if any, works for you. Head will come with wrench, headcover, adapter, new Orange MCC+ 4 grip. Please feel free to ask any questions
