To celebrate the 50th anniversary of this game-changing design, PING introduces the limited edition Anser 50th Anniversary putters. These flat sticks have an outstanding look at address with classic lines and construction, made from the same material as the original putters. This 50th Anniversary Anser putter is made of components produced in the USA by the same companies who produced the originals. East Bay used the original 1966 Anser tooling to produce the sand-cast heads. True Temper supplied the high-step shaft, and Golf Pride molded the PING PP58 grip, both of which were designs used in the original model. 3M is, and was, the manufacturer of the grip tape. Each putter is machined from original molds made by Karsten Solheim and his son, Allan while John Solheim personally hand-ground the sole of each one.
