◄█ Early 1960s Wilson 355 Sam Snead "Signature" PAY-OFF PUTTER featuring a solid brass head with flared shaft tip (no grommet) and leather paddle grip (flat front). This is a 36-Inch, 2-Way blade putter that is superbly balanced and offers a buttery-soft feel much like the BullsEye putter of its time. I have put about 5 hours of shop time into this putter - it is absolutely gorgeous and suitable for both use and display. If you like it, don't wait!◄█ CONDITION: Amazing vintage piece with original Paint, Shaft, Shaft Label, and Grip. I reground the entire head to marginalize nicks and then polished for a highly shined, mirror-like finish. It is nearly flawless with only a few tiny nicks that were too deep to take out. By the way, I did not clear-coat the brass so it will re-patina over time. The shaft label shows minor wear. The steel shaft has some minor rust speckles here and there. The leather grip wrap is in amazing condition with marginal wear on the butt cap. Also, on the sole of the putter the red painted "Wilson" is missing a bit of paint from the "o" and the "n". You will NOT be disappointed!FINALLY!!
