The graphite shafts are Aldila shafts made with Japan specs known for tighter tolerances and more consistent hits. The Aldila shafts were made for Adams Golf and has the Adams logo on the front and Aldila logo on the back. They are regular flex shafts which were soft-stepped when installed and thus yields a true soft regular flex between regular flex and senior flex. This was done because I am a senior golfer who needs as much help as possible, The ball flight is mid to high when properly struck. The shafts are smooth and not whippy with a medium high bend point and a mid torque tip. They are definitely not boardy. The balance is very good with the feel of a heavier head. Put a good swing on these and the feel of the shaft combined with forged head is soft like butter. They are very forgiving with mishits being very good. You don't get the typical sting or rock type feeling. The shafts are +1/2" from standard. The Adams standard length for a 5 iron is 38.5"; thus the 5 iron length with these new shafts is 39". The other irons are also at +1/2" in length. The lengths are: 4 - 39.5"; 5 - 39"; 6 - 38.5"; 7 - 37.75"; 8 - 37.25"; 9 - 36.5"; PW - 36.25" and GW - 36". The shafts weigh approximately 62-65 grams installed; this combined with the head weight makes a nice swinging club where you can definitely feel where the club head is throughout the swing. The grips are new Iomic 2.3 sticky grips with three wraps under the right hand making them a nice standard size grip.Being sold as is with no returns.
