I played golf with Arnold Palmer in the 1988 Bell Atlantic Classic Pro-Am. Once our group finished the round, I asked Mr. Palmer to sign the leather grip on a replica Wilson 8802 putter. This putter has been in a glass enclosed shadow box on my wall. It has never been used. I can still remember Mr. Palmer's smile as he took a few stokes, pulled out his Sharpie and signed the leather grip. One of the memorable days of my life. The icing on the cake was that our team won the Pro-Am by a match of cards. Mr Palmer shot 66 from the back tees. This was his first competitive round following prostate surgery. What a unbelievable day!Recently, I re-married and we downsized to a townhouse. We are looking to recover some space and I would never use the putter on the golf course. This is a collectors item and if you are a Palmer fan, this would be a great piece to own. Please note, the shadow box is NOT for sale, only the putter. Thank you
