These clubs are in very good condition and so are the original Taylormade grips. See the actual photos of the clubs. The 5 iron is 38" long and the lofts are strong which is normal for R9 clubs. The lie is 1 degree to 1.5 degrees flat. KBS shafts are Stiff flex.
