* We deal with three couriers, Hermes, Royail Mail and ParcelForce; depending on what item is purchased it will be dispatched through one of the three. All listings have a Postage Policy linked towards it and this will determine what courier it will be sent through. * All Royail Mail 2nd Class Parcels have a 3-5 day delivery period towards the. If your parcel has not arrived at least 10 days after purchase please let us know so that we can advise you on the next suggested steps that we can help you with.
* Hermes Tracked Parcels will be linked to your email address. We always aim to link the two together so that you can have peace of mind of knowing where your parcel is all the time. * ParcelForce 24 postage purchases will aim to be sent on the same working day if not the next depending on what the day is. Along with this the local Post Office's last collection for all parcels is 16:30pm so we advise last orders for this option be at 13:00 - 14:00 pm so we can pack your item and create the relevant postage label for you. * If you would like to collect the items in person please call us on 01708 741429 and we will aim to help you out as much as possible.
