After playing forged clubs for 50 years, I thought I'd try some new technology....didn't work for me. These clubs are sweet and they are long, but I'm having too much trouble adjusting and have reverted back to my old Hogans. I've played them for about 5 rounds, plus a couple of practice sessions...they are like new. Full disclosure: they are 2 * flat, but I checked and they can be adjusted to standard or any other lie. Also they have regular shafts, but they were tipped 1/2 ". They will be firmer than "R", but not stiff. The Lamkin grips were installed when the clubs were brand new. Full retail on this set is $700.
