Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition. Each package comes with a tracking number. We will notify you within 1-2 business days if a product is backordered or out of stock. Upon notification you may decide to cancel the transaction for a full refund or be discounted on your purchase up to 10% of the total cost.

ReturnsGolf Cart King values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from Golf Cart King, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges. Product Returns Any product may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center toll-free at 877-960-5464. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user's manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product.  If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, follow the return instructions provided by the dealer. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT. Shipping Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations.
