Callaway PGA Championship Staff Bag Limited - Special - Edition 2016 Absolutely new and unused !! FYI -> SPRINGFIELD, New Jersey — The PGA Championship returns to Baltusrol Golf Club's Lower Course for the first time since Phil Mickelson's dramatic 2005 final round finish that saw him birdie the 72nd hole for the second major title of his career. Mickelson, along with other Callaway staffers in the field this week in New Jersey, will have the option to use a special edition PGA Championship Callaway staff bag that honors the historic A. W. Tillinghast-designed layout. Of course, the colors and cosmetic touches on the staff bag have significance. For example, the green and white stripes on the front and back panels pay tribute to the striped awning found over the clubhouse terrace. The brown leather is meant to match the material colors used to construct Baltusrol's clubhouse — the color on the bag is slightly darker than the facade — which was initially designed to look like a British manor house. Wings on the bag reflect the course's logo that's comprised of a red golf ball with wings affixed. Red Callaway logos and the "2016" between the wings match the color of the ball in the logo. Springfield, NJ, the town hosting this week's PGA Championship, is also stitched into the bottom of the bag. The final touch is the addition of "B.R." zipper pulls that are the initials for Baltus Roll, the namesake of the club. Roll farmed the land on which the club now sits. "copyright - pgatour.com"
