Includes Titleist 915F 3+ head cover.I bought this club new in June, 2015. It is the current model offered by Titleist.Other than the scratch on the crown, there is absolutely no damage, dings, or dents. Just normal ball strikes on the club face.Except for the scratch on the crown, I would rate this club very good to excellent.
