Light cosmetic wear on the faces, maybe some light bag chatter, light color wear on darker face clubs. 7: VERY GOOD- Irons would show moderate use. Most likely for more than one season but well taken care of. Light bag chatter, light bag wear on shafts, cavity wear or scratches. Newer irons with more than average use or older irons with less than average use would be in this category. 6: GOOD- Irons are going to show more bag chatter, dings, heavier cavity scratches, face wear and bag wear on the shafts.
