TaylorMade M2, HL 3 Wood, Fairway, 16.5* R flex, Matrix Xcon 5 Shaft! 1) TaylorMade M2, HL 3 Wood, Fairway Wood, 16.5*2) It has a Matrix Ozik Xcon 5 shaft which is known for its tremendous kick!!! (You see these shafts played on the PGA Tour all the time…)The shaft is the “engine” of a golf club, especially the driver.57 gram, 4.2* torque, R flex (Because this is a “premium” shaft, it plays and specs out as a true Regular flex.)245 cpm (frequency)High launch with low spin. (The Holy Grail of shaft performance!)This is not a “made for” but a “real” Matrix Xcon 5 shaft. Real Matrix Xcon 5shafts costs $300.00! (It is the TaylorMade TP “Tour Preferred” which if you Google you will see that it is a “real” Matrix.)It is one of the highest rated shafts in the world. (Google it and read the reviews…)I have owned at least 10 of these shafts and have this exact same model in my current driver. (It is very similar to the Graphite Design Tour AD DI shaft. I have both shafts and they are almost identical in performance! They are the best shafts for drivers that I have ever had…) 3) tested over 100 shafts and determined that the Matrix Ozik Xcon 5 was the best combination for high launch and low spin which is what gives the greatest distance. (Most high launch shafts have to have “high spin” in order to produce high launch. But that causes ballooning and short roll out when the ball hits the ground…) 4) Golf Pride Tour Velvet black grip (#1 grip in Golf & what Tiger uses!) 5) Very sharp generic head cover 6) This head and shaft are very low spin for great roll out for even more distance! 7) Very easy to “hit off the deck” 8) 43” overall length & D1 swing weight 9) Very good condition. (Used just a few rounds by a Single Digit handicap Golfer.) **** Beware of “fake” TaylorMade clubs on eBay. This was bought directly from TaylorMade Headquarters where the Tour stuff comes from, and has the word Demo on the sole which was put on there by TaylorMade.
