MY RETURN POLICY: I don't like unhappy customers... so I always offer a full refund with no questions asked. Just a couple simple rules: (1) The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping regardless of the reason for the return. (2) Once you use the item, you have accepted the condition and the sale is final.
I WANT YOUR USED CLUBS! Use your old clubs to reduce the price of the new ones... I pay above PGA Value guide prices for name brand clubs... AND I'LL BUY YOURS EVEN IF YOU DON'T BUY MINE!
