new customers PLEASE READ what/how I sell As a seller we get 5 feedback revisions per every 1000 feedback So if you no longer need the item or aren't 100% satisfied before you leave a bad feedback contact us because even though we do the right thing and take care of our buyers we still get hurt and we find that rather harsh.
items I sell I sell range in condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. I'm a re-seller and not the original owner of the items I sell. So I don't have a history of any of the items I sell. I do not test the items I sell for full functionality. If the item has a plug, most of the time it is tested for basic function and labeled about "tested and works" I do offer a 14 day no hassle return policy (see below). Please don't purchase as a brand new item and our transaction will be very smooth. If I say in listing item looks new it's just my personal observation that item was not used and that's all. If you are not sure if something is included in the auction please ask, don't assume it is or isn't. I do my best to describe what I see accurately but If I miss something, I am only human... We can do a fast return and move on.
Feedback : feedback before contacting seller = feedback extortionRETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES I encourage returns if you no longer need the item or aren't 100% satisfied please send it back for a full refund... no questions asked. I don't do partial refunds so don't even ask or "fish" (so many people out there doing feedback extortion ruined this). I really always prefer you send the item back for a full refund unless I have parts or something you need. I'll take the loss on the shipping charge sending it to you and buyer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with UPS.
SALES TAX: Illinois Residents are charged sales tax of 8% at checkout... I know, I don't like it eitherShipping : Shipping insurance: I do insure all shipments I send out.I only shipped to the confirmed US Continental address you have in eBay and Paypal.
If you feel the item is not as described Please contact me before opening a case with eBay. I can possibly send you parts or we can do an exchange or return for a full refund. I always make sure the buyer is taken care of and opening a case I find rather harsh. simply click "contact seller", select "returns" and send me a message.
