Although the grip did see some wear as it has faded and a little darker near the upper portion. It comes with the headcover. It comes with 20 gram weights inserted up top and 10 gram weights on the bottom for the counterbalance. There are 2 minuscule chips in the face that are nowhere near where anyone would hit the putt, besides that nothing. The Dual balance Scotty grip also knows as counterbalance is 50 grams.
