Callaway Golf XR Pro Fairway Wood Design
The Callaway Golf XR Pro Fairway Wood has a completely redesigned head shape for better players. A deeper face vs the XR Fairway Wood makes this club more playable off the tee. The CG weighting and sloping crown makes it easier to shape the ball and create a draw than the previous X2 Hot Pro. A lighter and thinner next generation Forged Hyper Speed Face Cup increases ball speed all across the face and provides greater forgiveness whether you're playing it off the tee or from the fairway. The re-engineered Internal Standing Wave moves the weight low and forward and provides a lower centre of gravity, more consistency and even more ball speed off the tee or from the fairway.
Internal standing Wave
A lower centre of gravity, more consistency and even more ball speed off the tee or in the fairway are what you get with the Callaway Golf XR Pro Fairway Wood. The weight has been moved low and forward with the re-engineered internal Standing Wave to provide increased distance.
Callaway Golf XR Pro Fairway Wood Features:
Completely redesigned head shape for better players
Higher ball speed and forgiveness across the face
More distance where you need it
Project X LZ Pro graphite shaft
Callaway Golf XR Fairway Wood Project X LZ Pro Graphite Shaft
The Project X LZ Pro Graphite Shaft is a key component to the speed produced by the Callaway Golf XR Pro Fairway Wood. This brilliant shaft produces maximum shaft load during the downswing for greater energy transfer to the ball for incredible distances.
