The shaping of the Idea a12 OS hybrids inspire confidence at the address position and combines with the famous 'Velocity Slot Technology' for unmatched forgiveness and distance.
'Velocity Slot Technology' produces a spring-like effect across the entire face to give you more forgiveness than ever before. This helps you to increase the launch angle and a higher ball speed which increases distance. A lower centre of gravity puts more weight around the perimeter of the clubhead helping you achieve a high and soaring ball flight from virtually any lie. The shaping of the Idea a12 OS hybrid inspires confidence at the address position and combines with the famous 'Velocity Slot Technology' for unmatched forgiveness and distance. Transitional Irons in the 7 and 8 irons are a cross between a hybrid and a traditional cavity back iron, giving hybrid like forgiveness with iron control and consistency. A redesigned 'Truss Back' design allows more weight to be distributed to the perimeter of the club delivering extreme forgiveness without giving up control into the green. A lower the centre of gravity makes them optimally suited for bridging the gap between the hybrids and the deep undercut cavity-back short irons in the set. Adams Idea a12 OS 9 - P.W. Short Irons:
Deep cavity heel & toe weighting moves extreme weighting towards the perimeter of the clubhead, creating extra forgiveness without sacrificing control. The slightly thinner top line and narrower sole compared to the hybrids, allows for better workability and pin point accuracy. The hybrids comes fitted with graphite shafts that delivers fantastic results, while the irons are fitted as standard with steel shafts.
