SHAFTS HAVE CHARACTERISTICS THAT WILL ALLOW THE BUTT CPM’S TO COME OUT STOUT OR SOFTER THEN STANDARD BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THE SHAFT IS OUT OF SPEC. IT MEANS THAT THE BUTT SECTION OF THAT PARTICULAR SHAFT MAY BE SOFT OR STIFF BECAUSE OF ITS PLAYING CHARACTERISTIC. WE TRY TO WORK WITH ANYONE WHO MIGHT RUN INTO A ISSUE (OUTSIDE OF RETURNS AND WARRANTIES) AS LONG AS THERE IS A REASONABLE REQUEST.
