At AlliesAnythings.com, we strive to please all of our customers. If we make a mistake, we will make it right for you. We have a return policy in that if we make the mistake we will refund your money including shipping and your return shipping after we receive the item back in same condition as it went out. If you are unhappy with the item, or have buyers remorse, we will refund your purchase price less the shipping both ways after we receive the merchandise back. Please contact us if you encounter a problem and give us a chance to fix the situation before leaving us negative feedback. Sometimes it may take a day or two to respond but we will get back with you as soon as possible. We prefer Paypal and welcome international bidders as long as they contact us first for a shipping quote so that we are on the same page. On our Buy It Now items, payment is due immediately after you click the "Buy" button. On our auctions, we would like to be paid within 72 hours or you may receive another invoice just in case we overlooked sending you one. We thank you so much for stopping by and checking us out.
