You are buying ONE (1) new and rare Scotty Cameron MIZUNO M-400 "The Reason" Mid-Mallet Putter in a Black Oxide finish with Gold paint fill. The putter is in pristine condition with a Black Leather Mizuno Tour Wrap Grip. The original Mizuno label is still on the face of the putter. Very hard to find Cameron piece in NEW condition and very highly collectible. THIS IS A STUNNING PUTTER! Some additional information taken from the pages of the definitive book on Scotty Cameron putters "the Art of Putters/The Scotty Cameron Story" by Bill Vogeney and David Levine....in 1991, before the formation of CGI/Cameron Golf International, Scotty already had a small following on tour and was approached by Mizuno to design and produce putters for them. He basically designed 4 models for them, The Reason M-100, 200, 300 and 400. The Reason M-400 was the inspiration for Scotty's Scottsman 947, his rarest production model at CGI. Scotty's relationship with Mizuno ended in 1993 when he formed Cameron Golf International.Check out my other auctions.
