Up for sale is my set of Mizuno Pro TN-87 with Modus 130 regular flex shafts. These do not come for sale often and especially in this condition and price. The set includes the rare 2 iron that seldom can be found. I have never hit a softer forged iron-it's like the copper underlay is magical or something. The irons are in good/satisfying shape for their age. far better than any set I have come across. Chrome is all intact with no flaking. There is no browning or pitting whatsoever on the faces. The grooves are great. Normal bag chatter for irons of this age. Faces show normal to below normal playing marks. Soles and leading edge are good with the seven iron showing a small nick mark(s) on the bottom. The shafts were just installed along with the Lamkin 3gen grips. They have seen a few range sessions with new shafts and grips but that is it. My age has caught up to me with these irons. I really haven't played them much over the last up-teen years but when I did, they were extremely accurate. They sure don't make them like this anymore that is for darn sure. Thought I would drag them back out but again, that darn age thing! You will not be disappointed for irons that are approaching 30 years of age.The five iron is approximately 37.875" with 1/2" increments going both ways. The shafts and grips alone cost me over $400. Given the rarity of these irons, they are priced without trying to gouge prospective buyers. I am hoping these find a great home. Thanks for looking and please no returns-I have too much stuff already. Check my other auction for an absolutely pristine set of Honma tour irons.
