The DiversionalWe specialise at selling used, or nearly new items, so our prices are very competitive. All our items are inspected, cleaned, and repaired if necessary, unless specifically stated. We try to list many items every day, which can take a lot of time writing the descriptions, so where possible we try to take lots of photos, which we believe is often a better indication of the condition of an item. Returns We offer a no quibble 14 day return policy, if there is an issue with the item we will cover the cost of the return postage. If you’ve just decided you don’t want the item, that’s fine, all we ask is that you cover the cost of return postage. Collections Some of our items are for collection, our collection times are 11-4 weekdays, and 11-1 on Saturday. We ask that items are collected within 7 days. Delivery Most of our items are sent via Parcelforce 48 for larger items, and smaller items are sent via Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery is typically UK mainland, but items can be sent further afield, please get in touch for more details. Feedback If you’re not happy with any part of our service, please let us know straight away, if you are happy, please remember to leave feedback, this really helps us as a seller!
