TaylorMade SLDR 5-PW/GW Irons w/FST KBS Tour C-Taper 90 Stiff Steel Shafts

Hot on the heels of the SLDR S metalwoods launch, TaylorMade has introduced its new SLDR irons.Built for golfers wanting a classic club head in terms of shape, size and finish, it combines that classic feel with the distance-enhancing and yardage-consistency benefits of its proprietary Speed Pocket technology. That technology was first featured in the Rocketballz fairway woods and Rescue clubs and it has been adapted once more for these irons.“Golfers want to hit their irons far, which has put us on a path to engineer iron sets that have driver-like face speed,” said Tomo Bystedt, TaylorMade‘s director of product creation for irons, putters and wedges. The SLDR iron’s Speed Pocket is part of the new ThruSlot Technology, which is characterised by a 2mm-wide slot cut high up behind the clubface. This ThruSlot enables a large area of the face to flex and rebound at impact, resulting in faster ball speed, a higher launch angle, strong ball flight and a steep, quick stopping descent angle.• Speed Pocket with ThruSlot Technology promotes fast ball speed and high launch angle across the entire clubface.
• Modern shaped clubhead, thin topline and thin sole for superb look and playability.
• Vibration dampening system delivers pleasing sound and feel.
• Consistent loft gapping and precise distance control throughout the set.CANADIAN BUYERS: Avoid Paying Brokerage Fees, Duties and Taxes Buy in Canada and Leave the Worries to Us!! 4playsports brings the best in NEW, USED and DEMO golf equipment to eBay.
