| Condition Rating Scale | | Rating | Description | | 10 | NEW - factory wrapped, still in box - never used. | | Open Box | This product is as good as new (never hit or used). The only reason we don’t call it new is because the item may have been a product return to the manufacturer, or used a sample for retail display. In some cases, the original packaging may have been opened or removed. | | 9.9 | Like New/Shop Wear - this means it has NEVER been hit, but it has had the factory wrap removed and/or may have MINOR sign of shop wear. We pay attention to such fine details….most people would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a 9.9 and New! | | 9.5 | The overall luster of new is still very obvious. Under close inspection, shows visible signs of limited use yet has been exceptionally well maintained. You may see some faint cosmetic blemishes (ex: superficial scuffing and/or light scratching). | | 9 | Better than average with no signs of abuse. Used for half or one full season but has been well cared for. These include obvious cosmetic imperfections such as paint blemishes, scuffing, shallow dings/nicks and common shaft and grip wear. | | 8 | Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and maximum performance. Used for a couple of seasons. Average condition associated with frequent use. May include heavy scuffing, pop-up marks, paint chipping, dings and nicks. | | 7 | Not pretty, but performance capability is still intact. Shows signs of heavy use and substantial wear and tear - it has been around for a while but still has a lot of life left! | | 6 | Something you would pick up at a neighborhood garage sale - it's a great deal! |
