Thank you for viewing our auction for a lot of estate sale fresh vintage golfing trophies. These are from a lot trophies from Dennis Callahan. I believe these trophies are from the Portland Country Club. I am basing this on the fact that a few of his families (Dinny Callahan)Handball trophies were marked from Portland. These are all marked P.C.C. Another issue I have with identifying the state is that the internet shows the Portland Country Club was started in 1924 and wasn't open to the public until 1927. These trophies are from 1924 and 1926. There is some good research still to be done on these. I am also unsure if these are silver plate or silver. Winner gets all 3...The smallest trophy is uncleaned and hard to read but amongst other etching, I do see P.C.C. Best Round July 26 1926. Great early 20th century golf trophy lot.
