Very good (almost new for some clubs) condition and purchased brand new direct from Mizuno in May 2017. Used for 1 round of golf and a few range sessions. Nippon Modus Tour 105 Regular shafts trimmed 0.5 inches shorter. Lie is 1 degree flat. Minor face wear and mostly on the PW. Lamkin regular sized grips. Selling because I decided to stick with my older Mizuno set that has more appropriate shafts for my swing profile.
